Kj Hawk (they/them) is an educator, facilitator and activist whose core values include mindfulness, embodiment, inclusion & care. Their work is trauma informed and shaped by experiences of being queer, neurodivergent & southern. KJ has been working with youth for over 20 years and is a lifelong learner. KJ is guided by AASECT certification protocols and has been studying sex education for a decade. Their framework for teaching centers bodily autonomy, models self acceptance & weaves throughout that the idea that “normal” is a societal construct. KJ cultivates resources, tools and curriculum that are inclusive, teaches classes to parents, youth and families, and provides one-on-one coaching to parents & organizations tailoring solutions as unique as the people they serve. They are dedicated to collaborating in building a shame-free, consent based culture in which each human feels liberated to be the unique expression of themselves.
